TSMIU 750-E600, Revision A, Now Shipping

LOVELAND, OHIO, May 21, 2004 - Mattec Corporation, the world's leading supplier of real-time production and process monitoring systems and cavity pressure control systems for selected industries, has announced that TSMIU 750-E600, Revision A, is now available in general release. The TSMIU 750-E600 is a version of the TSMIU that runs on the ProHelp® EPM system only.

750-E600	Release 6.1.0 and later (1).	None (2).

1 - The TSMIU 750-E600 runs on ProHelp® EPM, Release 6.1.0 or later. If you are using an earlier release of ProHelp® EPM, TSMIU 750-B600 is required.

2 - The TSMIU 750-E600 does not run on ProHelp® Millennium. However, the TSMIU 750-E600 can be changed to a TSMIU 750-A600. The TSMIU 750-A600 runs on all supported releases of ProHelp® Millennium.

TSMIU 750-E600, Revision A, Features

MIU Security Option - The MIU Security Option adds Operator ID / Password functionality to all TSMIU functions. This prevents unauthorized users from accessing functions at the MIU.

Cavity Pressure Transfer Improvements - Includes modifications that improves on Mattec's industry-leading Cavity Pressure Transfer Option. These improvements allow you to monitor much larger numbers and allow you to easily limit the monitored cavity pressure by permitting a starting digital contact and an ending digital contact.

All features of the TSMIU 750-B600 are included.

TSMIU 750-B600, Revision D, Features

Nissei 8300 FT-10 PLC Interface - New, optional PLC interface available for the TSMIU, ProHelp® EPM, and ProHelp® Millennium.

New Language - Added Polish language support. The TSMIU now has language support for English (US), Dutch, French, German, Italian, Lithuanian, Polish, Spanish, and Spanish-Mexican. Users may select the language in use on-the-fly; you do not need to restart the TSMIU in order for the new language to take effect.

New Languages - Added language support for several new languages.

TSMIU 750-B600, Revision A, Features

Expanded Material Lot Tracking - Users may now track 4 simultaneous material lots and make an unlimited number of changes to those material lots during a job run.

Expanded Process Monitoring - Users may now monitor up to 32 process parameters in real-time for full process monitoring. You can easily view the Last 500 chart and a real-time profile graph for any parameters built-in to the TSMIU.

Expanded SPC - The system can now collect Automatic and Manual SPC data for all 32 process parameters being monitored.
