ProHelp® EPM - ProStat® SPC/SQC Class [3 Days]

The SPC class is for the user who would like to use ProHelp® EPM's ProStat® SPC/SQC system to be a key tool in their quality control system. The class will include methods for creating procedures for collecting data through ProStat®, and understanding the data collected using the ProStat® SPC/SQC system.

Upon completion, users will be able to:                   Class Agenda

  • Setup their SPC/SQC protocols in EPM.
  • Know when to use each of the different charts, how to read them, and what they mean.
  • Create methods to collect the data.
  • Use regression analysis to give you guidance into the relationships of the process and the dimensions of your product.
  • Help setup the process alarms become proactive in reducing scrap being produced.
  • Calculate the control limits.
