ProHelp® EPM - Crystal Report Writer [3 Days]

The Crystal Report Writer class for ProHelp® EPM is designed for the intermediate or advanced user who would like to write custom reports for their ProHelp® EPM system. Topics will include an overview of the System Reports program, Crystal Reports, database views that Mattec has created for use with ProHelp® EPM, database architecture, using the Mattec report interface, and integrating custom reports into the ProHelp® EPM system.

Upon completion, users will be able to:                   Class Agenda

  • Edit existing ProHelp® Reports
  • Create exciting, new, custom reports
  • Use ProHelp's more than 200 built-in formulas
  • Create custom data exports to ERP/MRP systems using Crystal Reports
  • Program reports to run automatically, either to a printer or a file
  • Understand all of the different types of data that is collected by the MIU and stored in the SQL database
    •
