A sample Real-Time Display that includes several process parameters and
related information. This display was installed by default in ProHelp® EPM Release 6.1 and 6.0.
- Shift Efficiency - Download Now
A sample Real-Time Display that shows shift efficiency information. This
display was installed by default in ProHelp® EPM Release 6.1 and 6.0.
- Tool Standard - Download Now
A sample Real-Time Display that shows tool standards for the currently-running
job(s). This display was installed by default in ProHelp® EPM Release
6.1 and 6.0.

job(s) and the next job that is scheduled. This display was installed by

This is a special Real-Time Dispaly intended for use by the Mattec Customer Service Department.
It provides the troubleshooting tools previously available in ProHelp® Millennium S_comm.
Installation Instructions
- Right-click on the file links above and select "Save Target As". Save the file to your computer's
hard drive.
- Start Query Analyzer. This tool is provided as part of Microsoft SQL Server.
When prompted, connect to the ProHelp® EPM server computer.
- Select the MATTEC_PROHELP database in Query Analyzer. (The actual name of
your database may differ.)
- Click on the File menu and select Open. Open the
file that you downloaded in the first step.
- Press the Execute Query icon on the toolbar. The Real-Time Display
definition will be loaded into your system and is now available for use by all users.
- Resolve any questions immediately with the helpdesk.

Custom Real-Time Displays
You may create custom Real-Time Displays for ProHelp® EPM by using the Real-Time Display Writer.
