After Hours Service 24-hour emergency service is available to Gold and Platinum customers by calling 1-800-96MATTEC. Renew Maintenance Contracts Has your maintenance contract expired? Contact the Sales Department to renew this valuable service. ProHelp® Millennium Users You can upgrade your older ProHelp® Millennium, ProHelp® 1000, or ProHelp® 3.3 systems to ProHelp® EPM and continue to use your existing MIU hardware. For more information, simply email the Sales Department. |
Maintenance Contracts Mattec is pleased to offer you several choices for your hardware and software maintenance contracts for your ProHelp® EPM production and process monitoring system. These contracts extend valuable services for another 1, 2, or 3 years, whichever your choose.
Note 1 - A small surcharge for after hours call will apply. Non-Maintenance Service Please note that Mattec charges non-maintenance customers a fee per phone support incident, plus additional fees to rebuild computer systems or for onsite field service. You can save money now and protect your investment by reinstating your maintenance contract immediately. |
