ProHelp® EPM - On a Preventive Maintenance report, the PM DUE field shows "INVALID"....

The information in this FAQ applies to the following:

  • ProHelp® EPM, Releases 6.2.0, 6.1.0, 6.0.0

  • ProHelp® EPM, Releases 5.2.2, 5.2.1, 5.2.0, 5.1.0, 5.0.0

If you run a Preventive Maintenance (PM) report and INVALID shows for the PM Due Date, it’s likely that there is no previous shift history information in your active directory.

The PM report uses previous shift history to calculate when PM is next due. If you have not run a machine or tool (mold) since creating it, then you will not have any shift history for that machine or tool. Also if you have not run a machine or tool since prior to shift history purge, then it would also show INVALID. Those machines or tools that show INVALID will show up on all PM reports, no matter the timeframe, and they will show INVALID until shift history is created.
