ProHelp® EPM - Preventive Maintenance is configured, but reports are blank....

The information in this FAQ applies to the following:

  • ProHelp® EPM, Releases 6.2.0, 6.1.0, 6.0.0

  • ProHelp® EPM, Releases 5.2.2, 5.2.1, 5.2.0, 5.1.0, 5.0.0

If you have configured Preventive Maintenance (PM) but the PM report is blank, it is possible that maintenance for that particular machine or tool (mold) has not been logged. One of the items used to calculate the due date is the date maintenance was last performed. Therefore, if maintenance has never been logged for that particular reason for an individual machine or tool, then it will not show on the report.

To create a maintenance entry in ProHelp® EPM, Release 6.0.0 and later, follow these steps:

  • Start Edit Facilities.

  • Click on the Edit menu.

  • Click on the Logs menu.

  • Select Machine Maintenance Log or Tool Maintenance Log and create the maintenance entry.

To create a maintenance entry in ProHelp® EPM, Release 5.2.2 and earlier, start Edit Facilities and select the Maintenance menu. Click Machine or Mold, then Logs, and create the maintenance entry.
