ProHelp® EPM - Exporting a report runs forever.... The information in this FAQ applies to the following:
When exporting a report in ProHelp® EPM, the report seems to run forever. The problem is caused when you delete the Delimiter in the Export Dialog. The actual cause of the problem is a bug in Seagate Software's Crystal Reports, which is used to generate ProHelp® EPM's System Reports. To resolve this problem, replace version 7 of the file ..\ProHelp\Dll\u2fsepv.dll with an older version 6 of the same file. Reboot your system to ensure your changes take effect. For additional information, or to obtain a copy of version 6 of the file in question, contact the Mattec Customer Service Department. |
