ProHelp® EPM - Exported reports are formatted incorrectly....


The information in this FAQ applies to the following:

  • ProHelp® EPM, Releases 6.2.0, 6.1.0, 6.0.0

  • ProHelp® EPM, Releases 5.2.2, 5.2.1, 5.2.0, 5.1.0, 5.0.0


After upgrading to ProHelp® EPM, Release 5.1.0, it is possible that reports that are exported will be formatted incorrectly. This is a known problem in Crystal Reports.

To resolve the problem, replace the u2fsepv.dll DLL in the C:\Program Files\Mattec\ProHelp\Dll directory with a version of the DLL from Crystal Reports 6 or earlier.

For additional information or to obtain a copy of the u2fsepv.dll file, contact your Mattec Customer Service Representative.
