ProHelp® EPM - Which Browsers Can I Use With The Web Reporting Option....


The information in this FAQ applies to the following:

  • ProHelp® EPM, Releases 6.2.0, 6.1.0, 6.0.0

  • ProHelp® EPM, Releases 5.2.2, 5.2.1, 5.2.0, 5.1.0, 5.0.0


The Web Reporting Option for ProHelp® EPM allows all system reports to be run through a supported web browser. Users may browse or print reports from a number of client operating systems and export reports to rich text format, Microsoft Word format, or Microsoft Excel format.

The Web Reporting Option can be run on different operating systems that support any of the following web browsers:

  • A Java-enabled web browser.

  • An ActiveX-enabled web browser.

  • Limited functionality is available to any web browser that supports HTML 3.2 Extended.

Internet Explorer 4 (and later) and Netscape Navigator 4 (and later) are known to work very well with the Web Reporting Option.

FireFox 1.0 (and later) works fairly well with the Web Reporting Option. This browser requires you to use the HTML or HTML/Frames report viewers.
