When using the Web Reporting Option, you must specify a report viewer. Most Web Report pages display the current viewer at the bottom of the page and allow the user to press the "Click here to change" link to specify a different report viewer. Simple HTML is the default viewer, but typically users select the Java or ActiveX viewers.

After selecting a viewer, if you close your web browser, your choice should be remembered. If it is not, you likely have disabled cookies. Cookies allow a web site (in this case, the ProHelp® EPM server) to record information (e.g., your selected report viewer) on your computer's hard drive. You must enable cookies for your selection to be permanently remembered.
