The information in this FAQ applies to the following:

• ProHelp® EPM, Releases 5.2.2, 5.2.1, 5.2.0, 5.1.0, 5.0.0

Statit is a third-party SPC/SQC package that is integrated into ProHelp® EPM, Release 5.2.2 and earlier. It was replaced by ProStat®, a real-time SPC/SQC package from Mattec in ProHelp® EPM, Release 6.1.0 and later.

If your ProHelp® EPM server reboots while you are running Statit, the system may show that several user licenses are still in use once the system is rebooted. The Statit License Manager can be used to "release" the user licenses.

To release a user license using the Statit License Manager, follow these steps:

• Login to the ProHelp® EPM Server computer as the system administrator.


• Using Explorer, navigate to the C:\Program Files\Mattec\ProHelp\Statit\Bin directory.


• Double-click on the licmgr52.exe icon.


• Select the Active Users tab.


• Highlight the user id of the license you wish to release and press Release License.


• Press Exit to exit the Statit License Manager.
