ProHelp® EPM is an open system that is based on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft SQL Server. As a result, users find that it is quite easy to implement it within your existing network.

You can publish any Real-Time Display to your Intranet server via our Data Import/Export option. This feature allows you to view a Real-Time Display via any supported web browser, including Internet Explorer. Users can easily create their own custom Real-Time Displays using any of the more than 500 fields that are available in the Real-Time Display Writer. Displays can be published to your Intranet server automatically and as frequently as you'd like. A sample HTML export is shown below:

All system reports, including reports that are written by the user, can be configured to run automatically. The results from the report can be printed, saved to a file in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel format, or published to your Intranet as a PDF file.

With Mattec's Voice Alarm option, the ProHelp® EPM system can automatically make important announcements over your PA system, including announcements that will tell you when a machine is down, when a monitored parameter is out of specification, or when a user (e.g., a machine operator) has called for help. The announcement(s) will repeat, periodically, until the alarm condition has been resolved (or been acknowledged).

Mattec's Escalating Email Alarm option takes things a step further. Users can be notifed via email (e.g., to pagers or cellphones that accept email) when the machine is down, when a monitored parameter is out of specification, or when a user has called for help. If the alarm isn't acknowledged within a user-defined time period, it can be "escalated" to another user. This process can continue, until the alarm condition is escalated to you!
