ProHelp® EPM and most MIUs are equipped with an optional SPC/SQC package called ProStat®. The system can collect Automatic SPC, Manual SPC, Variable SQC, and Attribute SQC data and provides tools to manage and analyze this data.

X-Bar/Range Chart

"Runs", "Shifts" or "Trends", are detected in real-time and are alarmed at the MIU and on the Real-Time Display. This allows you to correct machine problems before you actually start producing bad parts.
