THE-MAN-A-ger© is a low-cost production monitoring system that monitors cycle time, downtime, and scrap for up to 24 machines in real-time. The system can be upgraded to ProHelp® EPM in the future to provide enterprise-wide production and process monitoring capabilities.

THE-MAN-A-ger© system is capable of using several different types of MIUs, including the TSMIU-0. The TSMIU-0 allows you to monitor data for up to 16 machines and provides machine operators with an easy-to-use, touch screen interface. A basic system configured with a single TSMIU-0 is about $15,000.

When you purchase THE-MAN-A-ger©, the customer usually provides a computer running Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000.
